Much like the Los Angeles, Boston, Massachusetts has an aggressive plan to reduce emissions and use much more renewable energy. This plan will require load management and better access to Quebec hydroelectric resources – so far, that access has proven difficult. The goal is achievable if new ideas and designs like that patented by Abnaki Group are used.
